Gently used Uniflame LP Gas outdoor fireplace (model GAD920SP). Dimensions are 41.25″ square, 21.7″ H, 166 lbs. 40,000 BTU output.

Price includes partially full 20 gallon LP tank, lava rock, grate and 4 logs. Has a couple of areas of light rust around the top that can easily be sanded and repainted.

Base is BLACK with charcoal gray tiles on top. Fire bowl is made of porcelain steel. NOTE: Price of a new fireplace of same model is $600.

Works great but will require manual lighting as electronic ignition no longer works (part #55-05-441). Replacement ignition runs between $15-20 per Amazon and Ebay.
