I have used Mark Bose for maintenance of the piano since purchasing it in 2018. He informed me that although it is still tunable it will no longer hold tune for very long on certain notes. He stated the pin block must have cracks in it due to age. 
Luckily, I am still able to play the piano but it does go out of tune slightly on several notes in the C3-C5 range. The upper range hold well still.

I am asking if anyone is interested in this piano; which can be repaired. Or someone that wants the wood for a project. The Keyboard parts are all in good condition and could be used for spare parts or even possibly an Art Project.

you will need to make arrangements to pickup the piano with a piano mover as not to cause damage removing the piano from my home.
