I am a Registered Nurse, licensed in both New York and Florida.  I have been practicing for 30 years. My resume includes: ER Nurse, Visiting Nurse and most recently, Director of Patient Services.

Over the years, as many changes in our healthcare system have occurred, I recognized that there was a real need for Patients and their families to have support as they navigated our complex medical system.

I utilize my diverse experience to assist Patients and their families to obtain the quality care they expect and deserve.

I assist by:

• Understanding your rights as a Patient, both in and out of a hospital or rehabilitation environment and helping you to understand your rights as well.
• Ensuring that you are being provided with safe, quality care.
• Interpreting and explaining “Medical lingo.”
• Providing you with emotional support.
• Working as your Liaison to bridge any gaps between Yourself/ your Family and Your Physician. 
• Explaining options for your aftercare upon hospital discharge.
• Communicating with other Medical Professionals on your team to obtain the best results for your health.
