Mobile Wind Sculpture

This is a Wind Mobile Sculpture that turns by the wind. The top moves in the opposite direction from the lower section. It was made in 2013 by the Artist Darren Miller from Illinois. I bought it in 2014 at the Mt. Dora Festival of the Arts. It is painted with Boat Paint to prevent from rust and fading. It is rated to withstand Hurricane force winds – but I take the top off and the bottom off leaving the base outside in weather.
