Cape Cod Vacation Rental Week 9/6/24 – 9/13/24

We are not able to use our timeshare condo this year for week 36 (Friday 09/06/24 to Friday 09/13/24) the weekend after Labor Day. The Breakers Resort is located right on Nantucket Sound complete with a sandy beach. Our unit is #109, one bedroom with king bed, two baths, living area with pull out couch so four people are possible. The pictures below are from our section of the resort. The one interior shot is not actually #109 but is very similar in decor and arrangement. The Resort features: 
• Private Beach Front 
• Outdoor Pool 
• Charcoal and Gas Grills 
• Microwave and Refrigerator 
• Dinnerware and some cooking utensils 
• Towels and bedding 
• Air Conditioning 
• Televisions and DVD player 
• WiFi
• Nearby restaurants (three within walking distance), golf courses, shopping, etc. 
• Sorry, no pets allowed. 
• The Breakers Resort is Smoke Free. 

The Breakers has a cooperative agreement with the next door Edgewater for use of their Fitness Center, indoor pool, putting green and picnic area. 
Minimum age 21, and a credit card imprint required at registration. 

The Cape is great – you will enjoy the stay.
