Better than new, Permobile wheelchair 2000 obo

I listed this as better than new because, since purchased brand new, it hasn’t been used for even a mile, and it was never been used outside, It has all of the bells and whistles +. It raises so you’re in line with someone standing.  It has a forward control to help you get out of the chair.  You can lean back, it has a head attachment and your feet can be raised.  It comes with a phone charger, cup holder and other upgrades. All the original tools with the chair are unused and still with the wheelchair.  It has a charger, batteries are fantastic and a manual.  I have turned on the wheelchair every day, to keep the battery charged and when the charge gets low, I recharge it.
