Prior Villages Residents (St. James) looking for a rental. Looking to rent for the month of Feb. 2022. I know, good luck with that. To complicate matters further, we have an elderly, well trained, house broken, friendly dog, (she sleeps most of the day). Prefer a Courtyard villa, but will consider all options. Dog owners are also elderly, well trained, house broken,  friendly & sometimes sleep during the day. We also enjoy golf, swimming, biking and other outdoor activities.
