Cozy home Rental in The Country Club Hills Historic District of The Villages, just minutes from Spanish Springs Town Square – where there are restaurants and shops and there is music and entertainment every night from 5-9 pm. The wonderful private wooden deck in the backyard overlooks the Country Club Hills Golf Course (first 2 photos in the listing shows the view). Great View on one of the only taller hills in The Villages – so there is never any fear of flooding or of getting hit by a golf ball on the back deck or back windows! Furnished 2 bedroom house, plus Florida/Lanai room. There is a Large TV in the living room, but if you want internet you would have to get that yourself. You would be renting one bedroom and basically the whole furnished house including pots and pans, household items, some small tools, etc. The bedroom just has a bed in it at the moment. I would reserve the other bedroom for myself, but I hardly ever come there, usually I only come there when there is a hurricane. I have my main home on the coast, so you would basically have the whole house to yourself most all the time. The street is very quiet and is not a busy thoroughfare. The only people who drive on it are the mainly the people who live there. Most everything you need is within 5 or 10 minutes away: Publix, Lowes, Aldi’s, Gas, Ace Hardware, BJ’s, Restaurants, Banks, Walmart, The Dollar Store, The Town Square and much more. If you have a golf cart, you can also get to these same places within 5-10 minutes on the golf cart paths.

It will be available in about a month. Would prefer someone long term with at least a 6 month or a year commitment No smoking, pets negotiable. $1100 plus electricity. Water and Garbage are included in the rent. 

I am a single woman and since this is the first time I am renting out my house – I would prefer a woman, but I am open to anyone who I feel I could trust.
