Owner pays: amenity fee, water, trash collection and lawn service.
The amenity fee allows use of all Villages swimming pools, all Villages recreation centers with their respective indoor clubs and activities. This property (home and grounds) is a non-smoking and non-vaping for tenants and all guests. No Pets are allowed. We love animals, but cannot permit any pets. Tenant must be age 55+.
