Included are: utilities, WIFI/internet, cable TV, trash pickup, and landscaping maintenance.
The rental fee includes two Temporary Resident IDs (monthly rentals only) so you can enjoy the same privileges as homeowners such as access to all amenities and activities of The Villages. If you golf, there is no charge for green fees on any of The Villages Executive golf courses and a discount on all Championship golf courses.
The home has a Yamaha gas golf cart that the owners give permission to the renters to use for golfing and easy access to the many nearby attractions and shopping (available at no charge for monthly rentals and beyond).
This home has a no smoking, no pet policy.
RENTAL POLICY:
$750 deposit & signed contract (provided by owner) required to reserve rental. Deposit is refundable at lease end after satisfactory property and golf cart inspection, however, is forfeited if reservation is canceled by tenant after booking. On arrival, the deposit converts to a security deposit & is returned within 21 days providing there is no damage other than normal wear & tear, & all keys, gate passes & garage door openers are returned. Cost of any damages/loss will be deducted if necessary.
* Full rental payment due 90 days before start of the lease.
* Mandatory $130 fee will be deducted from security deposit for professional departure clean.
* Check-in time is 3 PM on day of arrival & 11 AM on last day of the lease.
