Take the included golf cart (with full hard shell enclosure and seat-belts) to nearby town squares or golf courses (3 sets of golf clubs including a ladies left handed set are included) while your car is parked in the attached 1 car garage which has a garage door opener.
Located in the Village of Alhambra, it’s a short 5.3 mile golf cart ride to Lake Sumter or 3.7 miles to Spanish Springs town centers where at each square live music is provided every night. Also via golf cart you are only minutes away from multiple recreation centers like the Savanna center .6 miles and the El Santiago center 1.3 miles where you can enjoy the pools, golf courses, pickle-ball and tennis courts.
Grocery shopping is 3.6 miles and dozens of restaurants are only a few minutes away.
Ride one of the 2 cruiser bikes around the neighborhood, or enjoy the game room where a professional grade Foosball table, stand-up video arcade and big screen TV are waiting.
You will find warm soft robes in the walk-in closet for when you want to relax in the hot tub. While the burgers cook on the gas grill, let the iRobots mop and vacuum for you. The 4 TVs are all internet/WIFI connected. All linens, dishware, pots and pans along with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster and Kureg coffee maker are in the kitchen. A Washer and Dryer are also provided.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, private bath, 32″ flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, large walk in closet with hangers, iron, ironing, board, laundry basket and dresser.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, 42″ flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, large closet & dresser, the guest full bathroom is nearby.
Living room has a 50 inch flat panel TV and ceiling fan with remote, the game room has a 42″ flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote.
No pets, no Smoking or Vaping on property
For your safety there are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. The golf cart has seat-belts, helmets are provided for the bikes, a first aid kit and fire extinguishers are provided, the garage door opener and front door digital lock will be customized to codes you select.
