WANTED TO BUY: 1BR 1 Ba Patio Villa

Know anyone that might be interested in selling their 1BR patio villa? I am looking to buy, and can work directly with the owner to save on selling fees. 

Preferred Location(s) Either near Brownwood (near Bonifay) or possibly in the Southern Oaks section close to Village of Linden. 

My preference is to purchase something Turnkey or at least furnished, but am open to unfurnished as well. 

I am easy to work with, can pay cash, and can work with you on a settlement date that is as soon as you wish, or as far out as 6 or 8 months from now. 

Also happy to provide references of others in The Villages and Proof of Funds, so you know I am legit!
