WANTED December 2023 Rental

I am seeking a December only rental. I have been successful in finding a first rate top shelf designer home (3/2) for the last couple of years in the 1500 range (with a golf cart). 

The landlord sold the house I rented this past year. So, I am in search for a new December rental. I would like for it to be between 466 and 466A.

I don’t smoke. I don’t have a pet. It is just me. I have good references. I would like to stay longer in the Villages. Unfortunately, I am still working and can only take December off.

If you rent to me, I can assure you that your rental will be taken care of properly. I don’t have tons of visitors nor do I engage in any real social occasions outside of a dinner party.
