Two Temporary Village Resident ID cards ($50 value) are INCLUDED with rental. These IDs allow guests to use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees (pay only trail fees if you wish to ride a golf cart) and pay resident rates at the championship courses. The resident IDs also entitles temporary residents to access any of the family friendly and adult swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, billiards tables and over 1000 organized weekly activities available at the recreational centers.
$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$100 Cleaning Fee (deducted from security deposit at the end of stay)
Upon booking, a rental agreement will be sent via mail/email. The signed agreement with the security deposit will be due within 7 days of booking and will list the home as “rented” and unavailable.
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less cleaning fee will be return 15 days after departure provided there are no damages.
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is refundable if the cancellation is received within 90 days of arrival and if the home is re-rented.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM on the first day of rental
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM on the last day of rental
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
