Rental Rate
 
Rental rate is $2,100 per month for rentals or 6 months or longer.

Rental rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For additional occupants, please contact owner for rates.
 
A security deposit of $2,100 is required, which will be forfeited if the tenant fails to fulfill its obligations under the rental agreement.  Otherwise, the security deposit, less the following deductions, shall be returned to the tenant within 15 days of the tenant vacating the property: $200 for cleaning, $50 for 2 temporary resident cards and any repair of damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
 
The security deposit along with the first month’s rent is required with the tenant’s execution of this rental agreement.


Rental Policy
 
No smoking.  No pets.

Check-in and check-out times by agreement with owner.
 
Renter is responsible for:
 
1.  Cable/internet.
2.  To keep interior of house in clean and orderly condition.
3.  For damage to any interior or exterior structures, furniture or appliances.
