Ever run inro this in The Villages . You want to sell your house , the first your asked is how old the roof and water  heater because of insurance.

You start getting quotes on a roof so you can sell your house or you just want a new roof because your insurance rates are outrageous with a 15 year roof and the quotes are 12,000 , 15,0000 or more . 

Well we had that same issue and hired a new company trying break into the villages. Their quote for my 2 bedroom 1200 sq. Ft house 8200 . Everyone else was 12,000 and up.

They did a great job both installing roof and cleaning up!
