Tenant pays the electric, cable, land line phone (if desired), internet, and ID fees.  No sub-letting of long term guests permitted.  Proof of renters insurance is required.  A credit check will be processed.

Rental Policy:
– $750 security deposit due within 7 days of signing.
– $150 non-refundable cleaning fee also due at signing.
– First and last month’s rent due upon signing of lease.
– Proof of renters insurance required before start of lease.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.  Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
