LONG-TERM RENTAL – $1500 per month with 12-month minimum. Renter responsible for utilities (gas, water (excluding irrigation), electric, cable, internet) 

Owner responsible for yard maintenance, irrigation, trash, amenities fee giving renter use of pools, facilities, golf courses, etc.
