Welcome to Whittington, Our Beautiful home.  Our home is a year young, super clean and inviting! Close to groceries, shopping, dining, and all the Villages has to offer! A Semi-Private yard with a large back covered porch for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks everywhere and a 5 minute walk to the pool or a 10 minute drive (12 minutes by Golf Car) to the Brownwood Town Center.

This well appointed home has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy all the amenities of The Villages. The Kitchen is very large and includes all the cooking accessories you’ll need to prepare all your favorite meals. The Dining Room seats 6 very comfortably. 

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, two walk in closets, his/hers vanity areas, separate commode and a Roman shower. The other two bedrooms can be closed off with the guest bathroom to make a private suite. All three bedrooms include TV sets with basic cable and all streaming channels to use with your personal logins. 

The Villages Resident Passes are included (up to 4 passes) and provide you access to all the activities The Villages have to offer – including Championship and Executive Golf Courses, pickle ball, pools,  shuffleboard, tennis, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Activities in The Villages include walking/running trails, shopping and hundreds of other activities to choose from.
