January rental wanted

My husband Chip and I are from New Hampshire.  We are Looking for rental for January and would even consider Feb. and Mar.2109. We have one small dog-(service animal).  Do not want to pay an arm and a leg as we are looking to buy and need to save money for downpayment.  I used to be a property manager for over 30 years so I will take great pride in  your home and leave it spotless!  We are currently renting in Rio Ponderosa but the home is taken for jan-mar.
