RATES:

NOV; 2022: $3000;  DEC 2022: $3200 (JAN-MAR 2023 Taken);

APRIL 2023 : $3200;  MAY-NOV  2023: $3000 MO.

Will consider Longer term rental, RENT-TO-OWN possible..

POLICIES:

$500  Refundable Security Deposit. 1st mo non-refundable rent (or 1/2 total months reserved, if multiple ) due within 7 days of booking.

Pets OK, No Smoking. Golf cart included, Please provide your own vehicle insurance .
